I am a client for 5 years and it had never received so awful attention since we come they showed themselves rude with little professionalism... the photographer talles 2 times every photo i think they Washington in a hurra because they clase early no Sunday..tartera topo a picture they try yo sell us the photo but se can't huy because was so Guly..I know something ir is haré to get the mida... Jcp portraits customer service is awful! I was a regular but I will go somewhere else from now on. Don't waste your time or money with them. Add comment

I was never informed that the studio is closed on Tuesdays. So I made a 40 minute drive one way with a 6 month old just to find out they are closed and JCP staff doesn't have access to the pictures to get them because they are locked up...these are pictures I have already paid for. Called customer service and was basically just apologized to and nothing more. I will not be a returning customer. Add comment

We walked into the studio, and the photographer was off schedule. To make up for it, she rushed our session. There was zero professionalism, she just said "stand, and smile". It was unfair that she rushed our pictures in order to make up for lost time due to someone else's problems. I would never go here again. Add comment

JcPenny inside Willowbrook (Houston, TX) always rush you when you're there. Only a few pictures turn out ok & the employees/manager there force you into buying more portraits sheets!!! How can I purchase more when only a few look ok, not even nice! I went to Studio One to One & all my pictures turn out better than expected!!! NEVER going back to JcPenny for any of my photo service!!!!!!! Add comment

Took my 5 year old and soon to be 1 year old. Scheduled appointments in person to ensure enough time for both. Was done in 30 minutes with 3 outfit changes and smash cake including picking out photos. They took about 5 pictures of my son and his 50$ smash cake and like 5 photos of my daughter one picture per pose. SO if I liked the pose and she wasn't smiling -OH WELL! It is sad and... Read more

This on May 27, around noon. I was on my daily walk dressed in tennis shoes, sweats and a ball cap. I went into the photo studio in Glendale to look at the sample pictures and was asked by the clerk Prscilla if I needed help and I told her no, I'm just looking. Not only did everybody in the place have an attitude, its now been 2 wks & we still haven't received our pictures. They really shouldn't tell people 7-10 business days & it ends up taking 2-3 weeks. Add comment

There is a sign in the store that says "walk ins welcome," but i felt everything except welcome. She told me she had tp service her appointments first, i agreed because i understand. She reitterated it 5 times, as if i don't get it. Then she explained that shes booked all day and i might have to wait 3 hours until the next available appt.
