Dear jcpenny husband and i just had pictures taken. In your cape girardeau studios. Our appt was made on wrong day as set up. The lady did work us in pictures was taken. However she didnt position our bodies or our faces. Background was not right for us. I was washed out. We. Took 10 poses only 3 turned out all right. We feel the lady didnt put forth the effort . Reps were nice and professional, but my photos were poorly taken. I had body parts cut off like fingers, hands etc. I called customer service and they weren't willing to give me a refund. I won't be back here again. Add comment

I was told my orders were going to be ready for pick up by 12/21. When I went there they told me not all of them are ready and it typically takes longer for other orders. I've called several times and they tell me the same thing. That they will call me back when it arrives and they can't ship it to my address. It's Jan 7 2016 now. Still nothing Add comment

All but 4 pictures were decent i felt rushed and didnt not enjoy my experience at all i normally go to the moreno valley photo place and i regret not making an appt sooner to go to my usual place i will not ever go to the Temecula one ever i went 2 times and hated both times ( second changes i will not give ) and i jst am very unhappy 112 dollars for 4 pictures wow Add comment

Today I had a very bad experience with JCP studios. After about an hour of doing our portraits with 4 kids, we think we finally have some good ones, another photographer comes in and tells us the flash wasn't workinfg (THE FLASH WAS NEVER TURNED ON BY THE PHOTOGRAPHER) our kids were tired and cranky. Horrible horrible place to get pictures done. The Manager(Beth) at the portrait center in Menominee Falls,WI is absolutely horrible and rude. Will never go back because my experience with her was horrible. Add comment

My sister and I recently took my nephew to get his pictures done at Jcpenny. It all started out nicely, however, my nephew(who is the wonderful age of two), wasn't 'posing correctly' for this certain photographer. We paid with a check which the store input the info incorrectly and the check bounced. So i paid with the debit card when I picked up the pictures. Then we received three more charges from JCP including them redepositing the check,. Instead of the $138 we owed, they've taken $347 from our account over the last month. No one will give us answers, our bank says to pursue legal action. I'm fed up... Read more

I have a hard time understanding how you guys charge for sitting fees and portraits for peoples families and think you have the ability to own rights to those photos...snd try ti sell me the rights to my photos i paid for...thats extortion at its finest!!! Never will i again spend any if my money at a jcp store again!!! Add comment
