Went to have my babies picture taken with siblings at the JCPenny studio @The District in South Jordan, Utah. My baby is usually happy and does well, but the girl taking the pictures kept propping him in uncomfortable positions and than kept asking me why I thought the baby wasn't happy and kept crying. Our pictures were taken at the Salem NH studio by Kacey, who was wonderful! We were promised our canvas on 5/5. I went to pick it up on 5/6 and learned it was never ordered. I spoke with Jim, the manager who seemed great at first. Jim promised me the canvas (a Mothers Day gift) would be delivered to my mother by 5/10. Jim handed me a stack of "free sitting" coupons! We had a photo shoot at Picture People back in February for 1st birthday so we had some idea and expectations for JcPenny based on incredible experience at Picture People. We did a photo shoot at JcPenny on April 29th at Milford, CT JcPenny studio and couldn't be more upset. We choose jcpenney because the name. We thought it will be quality, clean environment, A very bad experience, when i see my six month old baby laying at the piece of cloths with hairs from who nose.after we step on it.to sad i will never go back or recommend thid place. Read more

My daughter is now 2 and for the first year i got her picture done every month for the first year and every 6 months since then. I also took my mom and my grandma up a few weeks ago to get a 4 generation picture done with my daughter and i. I have had nothing but good experience with them. I have had to wait a few times 30 minutes or so after my appt time, but mostly do to customers being a pain in the ***!!! People are rude and nasty to the... Read more

JCPENNY ANNAPOLIS is the worst place ever to go have your newborn shots taken. The lady at the place tamara or something like that makes the worst customer service experience list ever, getting services from third world countries is certainly better than ever showing up at this jcpenny portraits location. I have had good photos taken at JC Penney's in years past. This year was a disaster. I traveled from Utah to Lynwood Washington to visit 2 great grandchildren. While there I took the to get photos of me with them, of them alone and of them together. She only took a total of 19 photos. You cannot get a good photo of a 3-year-old taking only 4 poses. Today I had an appointment for my sons picture.! I arrived on time they said on the phone it was at 2:30 when I get there they tell me it was at 2:20. That's not what they said over the phone!!!!!! I drove 45 minutes and the ladies were even rude!!!! Add comment

Where do I start.... We arrived at 4:10PM for a 4:10PM appt at Penney's in Eastridge Mall in San Jose and ended up waiting in line for a few mins. When we got to the register, they said there were 4 families ahead of us. My wife asked if they were running behind and they said 'yes, but you weren't on time for your appt'... at 4:14PM! Studio Manager Linda in Chesapeake and per Linda her immediate supervisor Cathy should have their positions, treatment of customers, staff, and skills reconsidered! She was VERY vocal on how long JcPenny(LifeTouch) has employed her and Cathy.
