We made an appointment for our daughters first birthday photos and family photos. The girl took our daughters photos and said there wasn't enough to time for the family ones. When I made the appointment I was clear that that was a big reason for our visit. Bad bad experience...photograph did make sure my hair was comb...n make smuges frim my glasses were smooth...told me to use photo shop to correct myself...says had to call 800...then said call mgr..then said no refund than say ok partial...then said reshoot

Boardman ohio customer service is just RUDE. Never been to a place where they're training and no one would help.

Just had 3 month old baby photos.... paid for groupon that claimed it was a $219 value... that gets you one 16x20 photo... and photographer takes photos and tells us she has plenty and we go to choose from are photos and we have less than ten to pick from... to top it of just to get a couple photos we paid $80 on top of our groupon.... just bad never would go to this place again

A photo session with 5 kids, including 2 toddlers and one special needs child is never easy. However, its no excuse to be rude, condescending, roll eyes and huff. The unprofessional behavior at JcPenny portraits in barboursville wv left me dumbfounded. The whole session was an absolute nightmare. I went for pictures at Jcp had a horrible experience. The photographer was awful had zero to no patience with the kids. She Didn't know how to position all the kids to make them all connected and not disjointed.... I was extremely dissatisfied !!? I would like someone to call me 203 510 9849

The women were very rude. I took my phone out of my pocket so i could bend down to fix my child's outfit and they yelled at me that i need to put my phone away and i was not allowed to take pictures. Obviously that's what I'm paying you for so why would i take my own? My child wasn't smiling and they told me it was probably because he didn't like what he was wearing. I took my 2 month old to the king of prussia location and it was horrible. Poor customer service, the pictures was horrible, i had a appointment and still waited over 30 minutes. And to top it all off they sent my baby pictures to the wrong email address along with ally comfirmations. I won't ever take him there again.

I do not recommend this place , i spent alot of money on my pictures, A high definition picture was include with my package, so I'm able to get that blown up as a poster with the permission of the company , I waited over an hour just for the employee to tell me he wasn't going to fill out the rights slip that fedex provided me in order to get my photo blown up. We were not at all impressed with the JCPenney portrait studio, and we will not be going back. The photographer was late for our appointment because she was on her lunch break. We were getting pictures of our daughter, and I had to orchestrate the entire shoot because the woman was not good with children.
