Can't find a phone number for the Portrait dept at my local JCP

We went to pick up photos that was already paid for. Upon recieving them, lady behind counter named , kia.
Attempted to sell me more prints already printed. When i declined and asked her to properly dispose those sensitive family photos, she caught an attitude with me and was belligerent. She was yelling at me and told me that those photos were lifetouch property.
When i brought up with a concern in regarding to they didnt have my permission to produce more physical photos, she pretty much told me to screw myself. I filed a complaint with their corporation and was told district manager would contact me but never did.
Please stay away from jc penny portrait as they dont care about ur privacy.

Poor customer service
Amanda needs to handle upset customers more professional. We waited over an hour to take our photos and she blames it on small children needing more time. She gave me facial expression of sarcasm and engage the family to agree with her.

I went in yesterday (7/10/18) for my daughters 2nd bday pics. I had my appointment at 1pm.
Wasn’t seen till 2:05pm by then my daughter was getting restless and hungry. Natalie finished taking pics around 2:30pm. She said if we wanted to go get something to eat before showing us the pics I told her to let me see how my daughter was she was ok so I figured might as well see the pics and get it done with. I turn around and she is gone.
Everything is off. So I asked someone from jcp that I see if they knew where she went. Nice lady goes and finds out comes out to tell me that she normally goes to break from 2-3pm. Told her how if she started taking my daughters pics at 2:05.
Nice lady seems shocked and apologetic (not her fault). She goes and gets me the manager. Very nice man Alvaro. He says that they aren’t seperate from jcp so they dont have their schedule.
Told him the situation. He said I was welcome to come the next day because he saw that my daughter was restless. Told me that my coupon which expired that day would still be accepted. Told him thank you.
Come back today 7/11/18 spoke to Amanda she told me that manager is off on vacation so I couldn’t make the complaint at that moment. She shows me my daughters and they aren’t even that good. Some because by then she was restless and others because the photographer wasn’t really putting effort. I’m guessing she was in a hurry to go on break.
She only took 12 pics and they want to charge almost $150 for 12 pics.
Very disappointed in the service and quality. I’ve always been to picture people but decided to give jcp portraits a try since picture people is closed do to renovations.

I'm sorry but this is not cool that you are photographing an employee without their knowledge. It's *** Fine they didn't help you out.
Call corporate. They can help. But to do what you are doing is disrespectful. Imagine if someone does this to YOU.
Impl pretty sure you would flip out. Be considerate of others. Call customer service if you are not satisfied with service. Be aware that at a portrait studio where hundreds of families with different ages go through you are bound to get families with grumpy kids.
If you have kids you would understand. They are complex.
It would be easy to write off rowdy or uncooperative kids as a product of their parents but many factors can come into play.Bottom line don't do this to an employee. It could very easily have been you
