New ReviewerWe booked a session(3 actually) for our group of 9 and our dog. Im pretty sure I mentioned this when I booked the sessions several weeks ago.
So we get to the studio this afternoon and the woman behind the counter and another person werent wearing their masks , the woman started loudly saying you cant have a dog no one said anything about a dog. And we were like why. She said because of allergies and they can only be the last appointment of the day. And as shes saying this shes getting louder and louder and I asked if we could just hold our shih tzu( shes old, shes blind and doesnt shed, was just prettied up yesterday for the picture).
Shes like no Im allergic I cant be here. Well then why were you sitting around next to coworkers NOT WEARING YOUR MASKS? Shes insisted she was. No they werent.
She said babies crawl around on the floor so the room would have to be cleaned. But my daughter asked dont you clean in between sessions anyway? She said yes. So we asked if we could come back at the end of the day(2 hours later)and she said no she cant be near dogs.she was so rude, we have always taken our Christmas pictures there for YEARS and have always loved the staff.
NOT ANYMORE! This woman Jennifer said she was the manager and when we said we would come back when shes not there, she nastily replied Im the manager I will be here. Soooo, if shes so allergic , then why would she be there if we came with our fur baby?? She was just downright rude.
I will NEVER go back unless she is no longer there. She totally ruined my familys day and pictures.
She could have been nice about it but she came out of the gate fighting. I will take my business to Picture People before I go back to your studios.
