Jcpenney Portraits - Poor customer service
Amanda needs to handle upset customers more professional. We waited over an hour to take our photos and she blames it on small children needing more time. She gave me facial expression of sarcasm and engage the family to agree with her.

Jcpenney Portraits - Stole my money

About two weeks ago I went into return some photos i did not like they said they could not return even with ther 100% percent customer satisfaction. Then they said i had never paid for the portraits $58.24 but it was taken out of my bank account i have the statements as proof they did not care now i lost $58 and dnt have the money nor the portraits and i was called a liar!!
