Jcpenney Portraits - Customer Care Review from Pompano Beach, Florida
I had an appointment at 7pm for a family shooting including a 4 and a 7 year old plus a dog. I was running late 15 minutes.
I called the studio to say I was late, Sandra simply said she couldn't wait. If you ever took a picture with JcPenney you know you ways have to wait a good 30 minutes to an hour before they call you in and this lady can't wait for me 15 minutes?
I was so frustrated. We were driving there, everybody dressed up even our golden retriever on the trunk.
I know one thing, we are not going back to their studios and we are giving somebody else this job.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Yeah the portrait studio did nothing wrong. If you are late by 15 mins when you are the LAST APPOINTMENT OF THE DAY just expect to reschedule.
Sounds mean but the company pays when people arrive late after closing.
They have to pay the closing photographer for an extra hour if they take in the closing appt after being late and majority of the time the late customer is a repeat offender when the associate decides to take them in. As in the customer doesn't learn to come in on time.
Lord help us all.

This site continues to amaze me. No personal accountability, but people are always wanting handouts.
I have to agree with you. Nobody is ever accountable for their own actions anymore. Simple amazing.
