I am very disappointed how my baby photos turned out for his 1 year old birthday.I called and made an appointment for 11:30am on Sunday 10/2/2016. I took my little one to take pictures on this day and time. the CSR failed to book the appointment so I had to wait an hour and 15min. The photos were rush. As soon as my daughter started warming up to her, she excused herself mid-shoot to assist another customer for 15 minutes while I kept my 2 yr old child dancing and posing.
