I wrote the following complaint a week ago and was told she would look into my concerns - still waiting! We had a cousins photo shoot on Sunday 12/04.

I had my 3 daughters and my niece all age 5 and under. It was going to be a Christmas gift for my mother and aunts. I was not under any illusion that this would be an experience without any hiccups but I assumed that this would be because of the children. I selected a backdrop and said that they could place the kids however would be best.

I wanted the cousins all together and wanted individual photos of my girls and then my niece separate. The appointment started 5 to 10 minutes late which was understandableย  (I am sure that there always are unforeseen issues with the sessions). The photographer sat the girls on a couch. She did not fix there dresses or allow me too.

Nor tell me that I should stand behind her (one of the other employees came over to the door and suggested that would work best). She simply just started taking photos. She took a total of 6 photos 2 of which had to be deleted. We were in the room a total of 5 minutes.

She did not offer or ask to do the individual photos that were written on the slip she said she would just meet me at the computer . Iย  had a 4 photos to choose from? I was upset and asked if I could just order online and she said I had to at least order 1 for them to be online. I then asked how much a sheet was and she held up the coupon I has given at the register and said $3.99 as if I to belittle me.

This photographer made me feel as we were an inconvenience and she didn't want to be there. She had a complete lack of customer service. There was a family in front of us that had 1 child and there session was 20 minutes and I asked I asked a friend who has your photo plan and he said that is the norm for him and they normally have at least 25 photos to choose from. ย I have worked it customer service for 20 years and know that some days you don't feel like being at work but you should never let the consumer see or feel that.

I can't understand as a company why you would not make the most out of the sessions.ย  The more photos the more choices which utimately means more orders.

I had to order since this was for Christmas gifts but it just upsets me to no end that this was the level of service! This was a horrible experience!!!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
