Amanda needs to handle upset customers more professional. We waited over an hour to take our photos and she blames it on small children needing more time. She gave me facial expression of sarcasm and engage the family to agree with her.

I'm sorry but this is not cool that you are photographing an employee without their knowledge. It's creepy.

Fine they didn't help you out. Call corporate. They can help. But to do what you are doing is disrespectful.

Imagine if someone does this to YOU. Impl pretty sure you would flip out. Be considerate of others. Call customer service if you are not satisfied with service.

Be aware that at a portrait studio where hundreds of families with different ages go through you are bound to get families with grumpy kids. If you have kids you would understand. They are complex.

It would be easy to write off rowdy or uncooperative kids as a product of their parents but many factors can come into play.Bottom line don't do this to an employee. It could very easily have been you
